EFT for kids workshop

EFT can be amazingly effective with children, due to its gentleness and simplicity. It is easy to learn and it's effects tend to be immediate and usually permanent.

Children can face a complicated and uncertain world in modern society and sometimes may find it difficult to cope, resulting in problems arising in emotions and behaviour.

Our interesting and fun 'EFT for kids' workshop aims to show children and carers what EFT tapping is all about, and how to use it to help with the issues faced by children, such as being bullied, anxiety or phobias, behavioural problems, or even as a form of first aid!

EFT teaches children an easy way of being in control of their own feelings, how to cope with negative emotions and how to have the power to feel good, all by themselves. EFT empowers children and helps them to become more positive, confident and self sufficient, enabling them to grow and achieve to their fullest potential.

Our 'EFT for kids' workshop can come out to your school or youth organisation and teach groups of children and adults the basics of EFT. We also provide one to one therapy for children and parents for many children's issues.
