With a background in health, social care and psychology, I became very interested with the workings of the mind and hypnosis in particular around ten years ago. I feel more passionately than ever about enabling people to access their own healing and achieve their true potential.

Since I became a therapist I have helped many people to achieve their goals and overcome difficulties that in some cases they have had for years previously.
I have seen again and again the power of the mind to conquer pain, overcome childhood trauma and heal emotional wounds. I believe strongly that you have the resources you need to create the life that you want. I provide calm, reassuring help and aim to provide you with the highest quality service possible.
